Alexis asked God a question about why Gentleness was important and then listened for an answer. What question would you like to ask God? It could be big or small. Try asking Him a question and then listening quietly for the answer; if you can write down what He says or draw it, then you'll be able to refer back to it later. It might be a picture, or a bible passage, or words or a song..it will be personal to you.
In Matthew 11:29 Jesus says, "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart and you will find rest for your souls."
Would you describe Jesus as gentle? If so why, if not why not?
