Please adapt these prayers as appropriate to ages in the household. Some ideas for younger children is to use 'teaspoon prayer model' (Thanks, Sorry, Please). Some one could begin with the sentence:
'Thank you God for...'
Then each person can say one thing, or more if they wish (continue with sorry and please).

Thank You: Thank God that Jesus rose from the dead Thank God that we too can share in Jesus' life
Sorry: Take a moment to quietly consider what we might need to say sorry for. The Bible also shows that we can say sorry as a group e.g. we can say sorry for our country that we ignore what Easter is really about - pray that God will help UK see the good news of Jesus' death and resurrection.
Please: Pray for those who are vulnerable at this time (especially NHS workers) Pray that people trust in Jesus' saving work and know the joy of following Him.
