It's good that you can share in this service today. I pray that the songs, the reading, the prayers and the message will be ways in which God will really speak to you.
We thank You, Lord, that we can come to You today as our Creator. We praise You for the amazing universe You have created; for the stunning beauty of the earth that we live in. Thank You, too, Lord, that we are fearfully and wonderfully made, and that You are intimately concerned with the details of our lives.
Lord, it's an awesome thought that You, the same God that said 'let there be light' in the beginning, can speak to our hearts today, and we pray that You will do that, and you will give us wisdom and courage to act on what You have to say.
